Morrow
FOR REAL ESTATE AGENTS · HAMPTON ROADS, VIRGINIA

Your name. Your site.
Your leads.

A personal website that sells you, a home-value request page that sends sellers straight to your inbox, and follow-up that keeps every inquiry warm. Built for agents in Virginia Beach, Norfolk, Chesapeake, Portsmouth, Suffolk, Hampton and Newport News.

  • You own it. Domain, site and accounts in your name.
  • Fixed prices. A written scope before any work starts.
  • No lock-in. Website Care is optional and can be cancelled any time.
01 / THE FREE AUDIT

Where agents lose leads
before the first call.

The free audit is a short written review of how you show up online today: your own site if you have one, your brokerage profile, and your search presence. These are the things it checks.

01

No home of your own

Only a brokerage profile or a portal page, so your reviews, your story and your leads live on someone else's site.

02

Phone-unfriendly pages

Most people look at an agent on a phone. Slow, cramped pages and tiny buttons lose them in seconds.

03

No way for sellers to raise a hand

No "what's my home worth?" request, so a homeowner who is curious today has nowhere to go but a portal.

04

Forms that go nowhere

Contact forms that are broken, unclear or routed to an inbox nobody checks. We test yours.

05

Slow or no follow-up

An inquiry that waits a day often goes to the agent who answered first. We look at what happens after someone writes.

06

Hard to find locally

Missing or thin Google Business Profile, no pages for the cities you actually serve, inconsistent contact details.

02 / PACKAGES

Clear scope.
Clear price.

Fixed, one-time prices for Hampton Roads agents. Half when you approve the written scope, half when you approve the finished site, before it goes live. Third-party costs (your domain, an IDX listings feed from your MLS provider) are billed by those providers to you directly.

Talk about Growth

Website Care, $79/month, optional: we keep the site running, check your forms every month and make up to 30 minutes of small content changes per billing month (new photos, a price or bio update, a new review). Time is tracked in 15-minute steps, with 15 minutes minimum per request. If a request needs more than the minutes left, we stop and ask you first: quote it separately or schedule it for next month. Larger changes, new pages, redesigns and custom integrations are quoted separately before any work.

Billing: Website Care is never added unless you choose it in your written agreement. The first month after launch is free. The first $79 invoice is emailed one month after launch, is due within 7 days, and then repeats monthly until you cancel. Cancel any time by email, including during the free month: if you cancel before the first paid billing date, you owe nothing and care ends when the free month does. Otherwise cancelling stops future renewals, and care continues until the end of the period you’ve already paid for. Unused minutes expire at the end of each billing month and don’t roll over. If an invoice goes unpaid, we send a reminder and allow 7 more days, then pause care until it’s paid. No late fees.

Hosting and transfer: your domain and hosting are set up in accounts in your name, and any fee from those providers is billed to you by them. If you cancel Website Care or move on, the site stays yours: we hand over the files and any access we hold.

03 / HOW IT WORKS

Your new website, ready to launch in as little as 7 business days.

The timeline starts once you approve the written scope and we have received everything we need from you: bio, photo, service areas, brokerage details and, for Agent Growth, access to your email or CRM. Agent Launch targets 7 business days; Agent Growth, with more pages, targets 10. Waiting on materials, access or your review pauses the timeline, and brokerage approvals, IDX approvals and domain transfers can extend it. Your written scope confirms the launch date.

  1. 01

    Free audit

Tell us your name, brokerage and current site or profile. The written audit arrives within two business days.

  2. 02

    20-minute call

We go through the audit together and agree on a package and a written scope. No pressure if it isn't a fit.

  3. 03

    Build & review

We build and share a private preview. Two rounds of changes are included; each round is one list of changes within the agreed scope. Fixing our mistakes never counts as a round. You have 5 business days to review each preview.

  4. 04

    Launch & follow-up

Once you approve the finished site in writing and the final payment is made, we test every form, launch on your domain and make sure inquiries reach you.

04 / QUESTIONS AGENTS ASK

Straight answers.

If yours isn't here, ask it in the form below.

I already have a brokerage profile. Why my own site?

Your brokerage profile is useful, but it belongs to the brokerage and sits next to every other agent. Your own site carries your name with you, tells your story and sends inquiries only to you. The two work together: we link to your brokerage and follow its branding rules.

Can my MLS listings appear on the site?

Yes, through an IDX feed from your MLS or an approved IDX provider, which usually has its own monthly fee and an approval step. Setting up an IDX feed isn't part of either package: we quote it separately before any work. Without IDX we link to your listings on your brokerage site.

Will it follow advertising and fair housing rules?

We show your brokerage name and the details your brokerage requires, use the Equal Housing Opportunity notice, and write neighborhood pages about places and amenities, never about who lives there. Your managing broker can review the preview before launch.

Who owns the website and domain?

You do. The domain and hosting are registered in your name wherever possible, and if you ever leave, the site goes with you.

Can you guarantee more closings?

No. We can’t guarantee leads or closings, and results vary with your market, your listings and how you follow up. Be careful of anyone who promises otherwise. What we do is make it easier for people to find you, trust you and contact you, and test that your site’s forms deliver inquiries to your inbox.

How do payments work?

The audit is free. For a build, half is due before work starts, when you approve the written scope, and half when you approve the finished site in writing, before it goes live. We invoice by email and each invoice says how to pay. Website Care is optional and billed as described in the packages section above. There are no late fees.

What does the CRM setup in Agent Growth include?

We prepare the agreed follow-up email templates and set them up with the standard features of the email or CRM you already use, when it has them and you give us access. Not every platform supports this. Custom automations, API connections, lead routing, IDX data syncing, migrations and paid third-party tools aren’t included; we quote them separately before any work.

What if my plans change?

Project changes, pauses, and cancellations are addressed in the written project agreement provided before work begins.
